How to use
2 tablets per day, taken with a little water, one in the middle of the morning and the other in the middle of the afternoon.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Do not take 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate daily. Do not take this product on an empty stomach. Do not take this product if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day. This product should not be taken by pregnant or nursing women or by persons under 18 years of age.
The product should be used as part of an appropriate hypocaloric diet and with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
