20 minutes before each sun exposure, apply a sufficient amount to cover the exposed area, for example, the equivalent of a coffee spoon of product to the face and neck.

Reducing the recommended amount lowers the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming, or toweling off. Even when well protected, minimize sun exposure. Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
