Description
Ghee is a pure fat made by melting butter very slowly. During this procedure, the water evaporates from the butter, but also the resulting foam, which contains milk proteins, sugars and other substances that ordinary butter contains. The resulting product is a truly pure fat that is yellow in color and has a delicious buttery smell and taste with a slightly sweetened, nutty undertone.
Another of its invaluable properties is a very high flash point, which is around 240 ° C. This capacity is achieved precisely because all its impurities are removed during the release of the butter. During baking or frying, the substances contained in fats with a lower smoke point do not burn and their harmful release into the food does not occur.
Wolfberry Ghee is made from milk from Czech farms that care for their land and cows without pesticides, industrial fertilizers or other chemicals. No artificial flavors, colors or flavors are used in its production, so the customer receives ghee in its natural color, taste and aroma.
Storage
In a closed container in a cool, dark place for at least 12 months. At a temperature of up to 20°C, you can store ghee outside the refrigerator.
