Fisiocrem

The product is currently available in the form of patches, packaged in resealable bags of 4. The patches can be used whole or cut to the desired size to fit smaller areas of the body. They adhere well, even to difficult areas or areas with bony protrusions, remaining firmly on the skin during daily activities.

Fisiocrem Active Patch is indicated in the following situations:

• Muscle pain caused by overexertion, strains, or minor trauma;
• Joint pain associated with inflammatory or degenerative processes (e.g., arthralgia, early osteoarthritis);
• Acute or chronic muscle spasms;
• Stiffness in the back, neck, or shoulders;
• Post-exercise discomfort in athletes or active people;
• Recurrent pain associated with muscle or postural fatigue.

Fisiocrem offers a long-lasting solution for reducing muscle pain, contractures, and joint inflammation, designed for convenient application and sustained action for up to 24 hours.

The skin must be clean, dry, and free of creams or lotions before application. Remove the protective film and apply the patch directly to the affected area, ensuring optimal adhesion.

The duration of action is between 8 and 24 hours, depending on your needs. The patch can be replaced with a new one, if necessary, for up to a maximum of 30 consecutive days.

The product is single-use only; reuse compromises its effectiveness and adhesion.

Fisiocrem patches have the following contraindications:

• Known hypersensitivity to arnica, harpagophytum, copper, or zinc
• Presence of skin lesions (wounds, eczema, burns, active dermatitis)
• Children under 12 years of age, due to the lack of safety studies in this age group
• Application to the eyes, mouth, mucous membranes, or other sensitive areas

For patients with sensitive skin, it is recommended to test the product on a small area before extended use.

The product can be used in conjunction with medical recovery programs (kinesitherapy, physiotherapy). For athletes, the patches can also be applied preventively to reduce the risk of contractures following intense effort.

Fisiocrem has a good safety profile, but the following rare side effects may occur:

• Local skin irritation (erythema, pruritus, mild burning sensation);
• Allergic reactions to plant extracts (e.g., contact dermatitis to arnica). 

In case of severe reactions, use should be discontinued and medical advice sought.

No significant interactions with systemically administered drugs have been reported.

However, simultaneous application with other topical creams, gels, or ointments on the same area may reduce the adhesion and effectiveness of the patch.

As this product is intended for external use, the risk of overdose is minimal. However, excessive application may increase the likelihood of local irritation.

Accidental ingestion is unlikely, but if it occurs, immediate medical attention is recommended.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sources of heat or moisture.

Any remaining patches should be stored in the resealable bag with a zipper to prevent damage to the adhesive layer. Keep out of reach of children.
