Thanks to its gentle cleansing action, Ginexid is the right choice for daily and prolonged use, even on sensitive and delicate skin and mucous membranes, and is particularly recommended in all situations with an increased risk of inflammation: going to the swimming pool, gym, beach, wearing synthetic and tight clothing, using tampons and sanitary towels, sexual intercourse;

The product is also recommended during specific periods in a woman's life: pregnancy, postpartum, menstrual cycle; in pre- and post-operative prophylaxis, in gynaecological surgery.

Ginexid foam has a voluminous and dense texture, is easy and economical to use, has a menthol aroma and provides an instant cooling sensation. It is sufficient for approximately 90 washes, has a pH of 4.5 which maintains the balance of the vaginal microflora and the acidity of the vaginal environment, is dermatologically tested, contains no dyes, preservatives or aggressive surfactants, and is suitable for women of all ages.

The product formula is based on carefully selected natural extracts, chlorhexidine and undecylenic acid, which together ensure a powerful and long-lasting effect.

Hamamelis virginiana (witch hazel) is one of the best-known astringents and antiseptics.

Thanks to its high tannin content, it acts as a natural tonic, tightening the pores and skin. This makes it very good for reducing itching, skin irritation, burning sensations and the risk of infection after shaving or rubbing. Its anti-inflammatory properties contribute to a soothing and temporary tightening effect in the intimate area.

Menthol has a cooling effect because it has the unique property of binding to and activating TRPM8 receptors. This allows our brain to experience the familiar sensation of cold, but we can choose where and when we feel cold.

Chamomile extract is effective for vaginal inflammation, also known as vaginitis or colpitis.

Shake the bottle before use and then spray while holding the bottle upright. Apply to the external genital mucosa and then rinse with water.

There is also Ginexid vaginal douche, which is used as follows:

Wash your hands before and after using the medical device. Each bottle contains one dose for one douche. Turn the butterfly cap until it opens and attach the nozzle to the neck of the bottle, pressing firmly. Insert the nozzle slowly into the vagina and press the bottle, which should preferably be held at an angle. Allow the solution in the bottle to empty slowly into the vagina. After completing the douche, carefully dry the area without rinsing.

Ginexid vaginal ovules form a film on the vaginal wall, allowing the active ingredients in the ovules to exert their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect for a long period of time, reducing inflammation, itching, burning and discharge.

They are administered prophylactically for vaginal hygiene at least twice a year, before and after the summer season, as the risk of infection is increased during this time of year.
