Mastrelle Flora Plus is available in pharmacies in several pharmaceutical forms: 

Tablets

• for supportive treatment of bacterial vaginitis and vaginal candidiasis: 1 vaginal capsule per day (before bedtime), 7-10 days
• prevention of recurrent bacterial infections or relief of symptoms of postmenopausal atrophic vaginitis: 1 vaginal capsule every 3 days (before bedtime)
• when taking antibiotics: 1 vaginal capsule per day throughout the course of antibiotic treatment and for 7 days after the end of treatment
• as a preventive measure or to maintain vaginal pH when taking contraceptives, during breastfeeding or during stressful periods: 1 vaginal capsule per week
• maintaining vaginal pH after the menstrual cycle or after unprotected sexual intercourse: 1 vaginal capsule per day for 2 days, after each menstruation or after each unprotected sexual intercourse
• prevention of vaginal infections after contact with swimming pool water: 1 vaginal capsule after each visit to the swimming pool

Sachets 

• dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200-300 ml of warm water, resulting in a solution with a pH of 3.5, and wash with the Mastrelle irrigator
• for general vaginal hygiene: one sachet of Mastrelle Flora Plus per week
• as a supportive treatment for vaginal infections: one sachet of Mastrelle Flora Plus 1-2 times a day for 5 days
• to remove residues when administering an ovule or vaginal tablet: one sachet of Mastrelle Flora Plus 30 minutes before administering a new ovule or vaginal tablet.

The use of Mastrelle Flora Plus is contraindicated in cases of known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients it contains.

This is because Mastrelle Flora Plus works by acidifying the vaginal environment, while sperm is alkaline. Using this product may reduce sperm activity. Therefore, Mastrelle Flora Plus should NOT be used after unprotected sexual intercourse when you are trying to conceive.

Do NOT use together with disinfectants based on quaternary ammonium salts (benzalkonium chloride), as hyaluronic acid precipitates in their presence.

Mastrelle Meno I is a dietary supplement that alleviates the symptoms specific to menopause.
