Yogaflex

Yogaflex contains two active ingredients: 750 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride and 600 mg of chondroitin sulphate. Both glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate are compounds commonly found in the human body, where they are synthesised. However, there are situations when the body cannot produce enough to maintain proper joint function, such as when the joints are overworked (during prolonged exertion), in cases of trauma, or when joint degeneration occurs with age.

Glucosamine contributes to the production of proteoglycans, which protect and maintain the elasticity of joint cartilage. Internal glucosamine production decreases with age, leading to increased fragility of joint cartilage.

Chondroitin is used by the basic cells of the articular cartilage, chondrocytes, to repair and renew the articular cartilage. It helps maintain synovial fluid in the articular cartilage, which contributes to good joint gliding and mobility. Chondroitin also protects the articular cartilage by inhibiting enzymes involved in its degradation and destruction.

Yogaflex helps to alleviate the signs of ageing and joint overuse by providing the nutritional support necessary for the restoration of joint cartilage, as follows: 

• It helps improve joint mobility.
• It reduces the pain caused by damaged joints.
• It decreases joint sensitivity.

The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets per day, taken with meals. It is recommended to follow a 6-12 week course of treatment, with a 2-month break between courses.

In young people, in conditions of mechanical overload of the joints (sports activities, physical work, obesity), a single daily dose may be taken.

Yogaflex is a dietary supplement intended primarily for adults. It can be administered to young people experiencing mechanical overload, who have an increased need for glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate. Yogaflex is not recommended for children.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

Yogaflex should not be taken during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Yogaflex is contraindicated in people who are allergic to any of the active ingredients or components of this medicine.

There are no known interactions between taking Yogaflex and drinking alcohol.

Due to the natural content of Yogaflex, there are very few side effects associated with taking Yogaflex supplements. However, like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

If you experience any side effects, stop taking Yogaflex and consult your doctor.

On the advice of your doctor or pharmacist, you can take Yogaflex together with preparations containing vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and other supplements that contribute to joint health.

Yes, it is effective. Yogaflex is the first and only supplement that provides the most effective generally accepted dose in just two tablets. Most other supplements containing glucosamine and chondroitin require 3-4 tablets/capsules per day.
