How to use:

• Remove the original insoles from the shoe if they are removable.
• Place the Scholl insoles in the shoe to check the fit.

• Insert the insoles into the shoe with   black and orange foam side down .
• Replace the insoles on each   6 months   or when showing signs of wear.
