Description
Slow-release dietary supplement containing L-methionine, L-cystine, vitamins, and minerals. Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails. Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation. Cystine and methionine are sulfur-containing amino acids that are essential for keratin, the building block of hair. Vitamin C and vitamin E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, L-methionine, L-cystine, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous fumarate, vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; glazing agents: talc, polyethylene glycol; zinc oxide, copper gluconate, pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); colours: E171, E172; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), biotin (D-biotin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Conservation
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly, in intact packaging.
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to localized heat, sunlight, and contact with water. Do not dispose of in an environmentally friendly manner after use.
