Description
A food supplement containing magnesium and zinc in the form of bisglycinate, potassium and ginseng, useful for providing an additional amount of these nutrients in the daily diet in the presence of nutritional deficiencies or increased needs.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
In addition, potassium and magnesium contribute to maintaining normal muscle function.
Ginseng has antioxidant, adaptogenic and tonic properties for physical and mental fatigue.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml), stirring well. Take a maximum of 2 sachets per day.
