INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Adults only.

Dilute 1 measuring scoop per day in a large glass of water.

It is recommended to take Arkoflex Collagen for several months.

Pour one level measuring scoop (12 g) of powder into a large glass and add water (preferably cold, to improve solubility) and stir vigorously with a spoon or mixer and let it stand for a few moments before drinking the solution.
