Arkosueño® Flexi-Dose is a customized solution to help you sleep. Mini doses are tailored to your specific needs to ensure a good night's sleep under any circumstances.

• Its poppy-based formula* contributes to relaxation and sleep. It also contains 0.5 mg of melatonin per tablet.
• You can adjust your intake to between 1 and 3 tablets, depending on your needs and lifestyle (time difference, difficulty falling asleep, nighttime awakenings).

Adults.

Jet lag : the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, equivalent to 1 tablet under the tongue just before going to bed, on the first day of the trip and a few days after your arrival at your destination.

Sleep : 1 tablet under the tongue before going to bed or during the night.

It is possible to take up to 3 tablets depending on the need.
