Description
Food supplement with vitamins and minerals and sweeteners.
Pantothenic acid contributes to maintaining normal mental performance.
B vitamins, vitamin C and calcium contribute to normal energy metabolism, helping to convert food into energy.
Vitamins B2, B6, B12, pantothenic acid, folic acid, nicotinamide, vitamin C and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Each Berocca tablet contains the same amount of vitamin C as about 2 oranges.

How to use
One effervescent tablet per day, dissolved in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. The product contains a source of phenylalanine. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Reclose the container after use.
