How to use
Adults: 2 bottles per day.
Children: 1 bottle per day.
Open the bottle cap by pressing it with your thumb or holding the cap between your thumb and forefinger, bending it until it breaks completely. Drink the contents of the bottle directly or pour it into a glass.
