Catrice It's Easy Tattoo Liner has an intense black opacity pigment. The rich color contours the eyes perfectly. Its easy-to-use pencil-like design allows you to draw thick or thin lines, depending on the type of makeup you choose.
Instructions for use:
A thin line is drawn on the upper eyelid, from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. For a thin eye effect, slightly lift the line towards the temples.
