1. Wash your face, wet your nose heavily with water. The tape will not stick to dry skin.
2. With dry hands, remove the plastic wrap from the tape.
3. Place the smooth side of the strip, moistened with BioActive Charcoal, on your nose and press down so that it sticks perfectly to the skin.
4. Leave for 10-15 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work. You can only remove the tape when it is completely dry.
5. Carefully remove the tape from both sides simultaneously, starting at the edges. Remove any BioActive Charcoal residue with water.
