COMPOSITION

Contains 9 highly concentrated, innovative and stable depigmenting ingredients (40% active ingredients) that inhibit melanin transfer and help reduce hyperpigmentation. It can be used as part of the Mela Peel Treatment protocol to treat hyperpigmentation and melasma.

• KOJIC ACID Because it inhibits melanin production, kojic acid is an effective, dermatologically tested treatment for melasma (e.g., post-pregnancy dark spots).
• Arbutin: A naturally occurring hydroquinone derivative found in bearberry leaves. It inhibits the production of melanin cells (melanogenesis) by blocking the action of tyrosinase. It whitens the skin and reduces pregnancy marks, melasma, and sunburn. It is also a powerful antioxidant against free radicals.
• Licorice is a proven depigmenting agent due to its flavonoid-rich composition. Licorice inhibits the action of two tyrosinases, which catalyze melanin production. It also has soothing properties.
• WHITE MULBERRY EXTRACT A type of fruit, white mulberry limits melanin production by inhibiting the action of tyrosinase. It also has antioxidant properties.
• GLYCOLIC ACID Increases the exfoliation process and promotes cell renewal
