Open the capsule by twisting or cutting it at the narrowing point, then gently spread the concentrate on the cleansed skin of the face and neck. After absorption (approx. 30-60 seconds), apply a care cream. To visibly improve the appearance of the skin, an intensive treatment should be carried out, taking one capsule a day, preferably at night, for at least 30 days.
