PROSUPPS Dr. Jekyll Pre-Workout is a pre-workout food supplement, formulated to supplement nutrient intake before physical exertion. The product contains creatine , which contributes to increasing physical performance in successive short-term and high-intensity efforts, the beneficial effect being obtained with a daily consumption of 3 g of creatine . The formula also includes beta-alanine , an amino acid precursor to carnosine, naturally present in skeletal muscles.
