Description
Edenorm free is a sterile, preservative-free hypertonic ophthalmic solution with 5% sodium chloride, useful for the treatment of ocular edema. The Edenorm free bottle is equipped with an OSD (Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser) pipette, which, through its filter system and absolute valve, ensures the sterility of the product without the use of preservatives.

How to use
Instill 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac 4 times a day or as directed by your doctor. After instillation, keep the eye closed for 1-2 minutes without blinking.
- Before first use, remove the plastic ring that seals the lid by pulling on the side label.
- Remove the cover.
- Turn the bottle over your eye and use your index finger and thumb to apply increasing pressure to the edges until a drop appears. As the solution in the bottle runs out, you may need to apply more force.
- Re-close the bottle with the lid.

components
Main component: sodium chloride 5%.
Other ingredients: hydroxyethylcellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolymer, polyethylene glycol, boric acid, disodium tetraborate decahydrate, water for injections.

warnings
The product is for external ophthalmic use only. To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, avoid contact of the pipette with the eye or other objects. To avoid damage to the ocular surface, avoid contact of the pipette with the eye during instillation. As the solution in the bottle gradually dries, greater force will be required to deliver a drop. Reclose the bottle tightly after use. If administered concomitantly with topical ophthalmic medications, consult a physician. Do not use the product if the OSD bottle is damaged. Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Contraindications : known hypersensitivity to the product components or to other closely chemically related substances.
Side effects : There are no known side effects after using the product. If side effects occur, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Mild eye burning and temporary visual discomfort may occur after application.

Conservation
Do not store above 25°C. Do not use the product after the expiry date stated on the bottle label. After first opening, the product can be used until the expiry date stated on the packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
