How to use:

1. Topical (cutaneous) application:
It is only used diluted in a vegetable oil:

• Adults: 2% dilution (4–5 drops per 10 ml vegetable oil).

• Apply to soles, wrists, back of neck or chest area.

• Children: 1–2 drops diluted in vegetable oil (with careful application).

2. Diffusion and inhalation:
Add 4-6 drops to the diffuser for a relaxing ambiance, ideal for home, office or bedtime. It can also be inhaled directly from the bottle in short bursts.

Precautions and contraindications:

• Do not apply undiluted to the skin.

• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
