It is obtained from a single variety of olives: KORONEIKI, from which the most complete olive oil is obtained - the world standard in obtaining olive oil.
It comes from Zakynthos Island, the most fertile Ionian island, protected geographical area (PGI certification).
The pressing is done cold at a maximum temperature of 27°C within a maximum of 3 days after harvest.
It is packaged in metal boxes specially designed to prevent sunlight from penetrating.
The special packaging allows to preserve ALL the special qualities of this oil. It has certifications TUV Greece, PGI-protected geographical indication, AGROCERT
How to use:
In salads, when preparing vegetables, sauces, meat, fish or consumed as such, as well as cosmetic recipes and dietary diets.
