Properties:
- Iron can contribute to normal metabolism, to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body;
- Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and iron can help reduce fatigue and exhaustion;
- Vitamin C can contribute to the absorption of iron;
- Vitamin C, vitamin B6 and vitamin B1 can contribute to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the maintenance of mental health;
- Vitamin B6 can contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells.

Mode of administration:
4 - 7 years: 5 ml/day
8 - 10 years: 10 ml/day
11 - 18 years: 15 ml/day
Adults 18+: 20 ml/day

Ingredients:
Water, sweetener: maltitol syrup, red grape juice concentrate, apple concentrate,
dry nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica), iron (II) gluconate, flavouring, ascorbic acid/vitamin C, thickener: Xanthan gum, preservative: potassium sorbate, dry plantain leaf extract (Plantago ovata ), pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride.
