Use twice a week.
1. After washing your face well, wet your nose, forehead or chin. The patch will not stick to dry skin.
2. Using a dry hand, peel off the protective film from the patch and stick it to your nose, forehead or chin. Cut carefully to make sure it adheres well to the skin.
3. Allow to dry for 10-15 minutes until hard to the touch.
4. Carefully tear the patch, starting from the edges. Wash off any residue from the skin thoroughly.
