Description
Food supplement with 1000mg of psyllium husk traditionally used to maintain intestinal regularity, support bowel cleansing and help in cases of diarrhea and constipation.
Dosage
- For adults, two capsules per day, can be increased to four.
- If necessary, children over 12 years of age can take two capsules per day, preferably in the evening or as directed by a doctor, with a generous amount of water or juice.
Precautions:
- People with chronic constipation, during pregnancy, and with irritable bowel syndrome should seek professional advice before use.
- It is important to maintain adequate fluid intake.
