Application:

• most often: 1 tablet after the biggest meal of the day, drinking plenty of water.
• maximum portion for intensive cleansing: (for example, 3 days plus a diet without meat, sugar and without frying) 2 tablets 3 times a day or 3 tablets 2 times a day, drinking plenty of water.
• You should also drink about two liters of water every day
