Lemon balm contributes to a good and peaceful rest, lavender makes it easier to fall asleep and improves the quality of sleep, and valerian helps maintain well-being when exposed to stress.

Preparation suggestion:

Drink 1 heaped teaspoon (1.5 g) twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 teaspoons (3 g). This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 12 years of age.
