To achieve the beneficial effects claimed, it is recommended to consume 4 teaspoons (28 g) of the product daily, divided into two servings, each prepared with 2 teaspoons (14 g) of powder. Pour lukewarm water over the powder and wait approximately 5 minutes for it to swell.
