Dosage and Directions for Use:
- Initial dose: two capsules daily, preferably between meals. When necessary, the initial dosage may be doubled. If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you may pierce it and pour the contents into a cool drink.
- Maintenance dose: one capsule every morning, for long periods.

Characteristics:
food supplement with antioxidant factors and polyunsaturated fatty acids of the Omega-6 series, with added bromeliad extract.

Property:
- Astaxanthin: A carotenoid belonging to the vitamin A group. It plays an important role in inhibiting the enzyme 5-α-reductase, and is therefore useful for promoting normal prostate function. It helps combat hair loss.
- Borage oil: contains an essential polyunsaturated acid, gamma-linoleic acid, which has the ability to stabilize the cell membrane with anti-inflammatory mechanisms, through the aid of the prostaglandin system (PGE1).
- Vitamins C and E: play a protective role in the body thanks to their antioxidant properties; vitamin E, in particular, works in conjunction with unsaturated fatty acids. Vitamin C plays a role in the metabolism of collagen, iron, sulfur, thyroxine, and folic acid.

Warnings:
do not exceed the recommended doses.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Conservation:
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

Validity:
24 months from the date of preparation, in intact packaging and correctly stored.

Borage seed oil (Borago officinalis); gelatin; fish oil rich in EPA and DHA; ascoric acid (vitamin C); firming agent: glycerol (E422); thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); Haematococcus SP. algae oleoresin with 9% astaxanthin; tocopherols rich in dl-alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin E) in sunflower oil; emulsifier: soy lecithin (E322); colourings: iron oxides (E172).
