Kijimea restart and Kijimea K53 advance contain 53 selected bacterial strains.
Kijimea K53 advance also contains vitamins B3 and B7, which contribute to maintaining the health of mucous membranes.

How to use
Administration is recommended for adults and children aged 12 years and over, as described below.
Day 1-9: Restarting Kijimea.
Take 3 Kijimea restart capsules daily, without chewing them, with a sufficient amount of liquid, during one of the main meals (morning, lunch or evening), for 9 days.
Starting on day 10: Kijimea K53 Advance.
Take one capsule of Kijimea K53 advance daily, without chewing, with a sufficient amount of liquid, during one of the main meals (morning, lunch or evening).
The complete Kijimea covers a total administration period of 93 days.
