Instructions for use
After brushing, pour 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass. Rinse your mouth for one minute, ensuring the mouthwash reaches all areas, then spit it out. Do not swallow the mouthwash. For best results, rinse twice daily, morning and night.
