Kneipp Arnica Ointment S for external use

Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S is a herbal medicine for the external treatment of blunt injuries and muscle and joint pain.

Kneipp Arnica Ointment S – Composition and Properties

Active ingredient: Arnica flower extract 10 g / 100 g (oily extract of arnica flowers).

The cream contains benzyl alcohol, cetylstearyl alcohol/cetyl alcohol, and defatted phospholipids from soybeans. The manufacturing process makes the native, fat-soluble ingredients available. The lightly emollient cream absorbs well into the skin.

Kneipp Arnica Ointment S – Areas of Application

Cream for use by adults and adolescents aged 12 years and over.

For external use in cases of injury and accident consequences, e.g. in:

• Bruises (hematomas)
• Sprains (distortions)
• Bruises
• Bruises
• Fluid retention in the tissues due to bone fractures (fracture edema)
• rheumatic muscle and joint pain
• Inflammation as a result of insect bites

Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S can also be applied several times a day over longer periods of use if necessary.

Kneipp Arnica Ointment S – Application of the cream

Adults and adolescents aged 12 and over should apply Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S to the skin several times a day with a light stroking massage, as needed.

For example, use a strip of cream approximately 8 cm long for the area of ​​a lower leg; for larger or smaller areas, use correspondingly more or less.

In case of acute inflammation, do not massage in, but use a cream compress with a layer of cream about the thickness of a knife blade.

A white film may initially form upon application, but this disappears with continued rubbing. Storing Kneipp® Arnica Ointment S in the refrigerator enhances the cooling effect.

Kneipp Arnica Ointment S – Storage & Instructions

Ideally, store the cream in its original packaging, protected from direct sunlight, in a dry, cool, and dark place, out of reach of children. The storage temperature should not exceed 30°C.
