Description
Instant thickener for foods and beverages, used in the dietary management of people with dysphagia.
Instant thickener for foods and beverages based on modified corn starch.
Be sure that Multi-Thick can be mixed directly into cold and hot liquids and semi-solid meals. Neutral flavor.

How to use
Use the measuring cup provided to add the required amount of thickener.
One scoop contains 2.7 g of powder; one jar contains approximately 90 scoops.
The amount needed depends on the type of food or drink, its temperature and density. Pour the correct number of teaspoons of Ensure® Multi-thick into a dry container. Add 200 ml of liquid. Mix well for 20 seconds until dissolved.
Let it rest before drinking it: 1 minute for water and tea, 3 minutes for orange juice, 10 minutes for milk.
Number of measures to add to 200 ml to reach IDDSI level:
1 Slightly thick – 2-3 measuring spoons.
2 Quite thick – 3-4 measuring spoons.
3 Denso – 4 measuring spoons.
4 Very dense – number of measuring spoons 5.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
