How to use
We recommend taking 1 measuring spoon (5 ml) diluted in a little water, one to four times a day at any time (5 to 20 ml per day).
It is recommended to drink the product in small sips to promote sublingual absorption. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water and consumed throughout the day.
Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
