ERGY 3 is an original combination of wild fish oils (anchovies and sardines), rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids (EPA and DHA).
A daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA is known to support heart function.

When is it recommended?
The Omega-3s considered essential by ANSES* provide the body with two types of acids:
Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is one of the polyunsaturated fatty acids present mainly in some vegetable oils (walnuts, rapeseed, soybean, hemp, linseed, etc.) and in oil seeds (walnuts, linseed, almonds, etc.).
It cannot be produced by humans and must therefore be provided by the diet.

It is the precursor of two other fundamental acids:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) synthesized from ALA does not cover the needs of the metabolism.
It is therefore necessary to find other sources in the diet, particularly in fatty fish.
The same goes for eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which is found abundantly in cold-sea fish.
ALA and EPA/DHA levels are well below those recommended by our Western diet.
