Ergy D by Nutergia is a food supplement based on vitamin D3 which contributes to the functioning of the immune system, the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, as well as the maintenance of bone health and muscle function .

When is it recommended?

According to recent scientific studies, Vitamin D has vitamin and hormonal properties, hence its importance for the health of adults and children .

In fact, it is recommended in winter , for children in the developmental phase and in case of bone and/or joint weakness ( menopausal women, elderly people, athletes ), as it provides cholecalciferol or vitamin D3 of natural origin. Being a fat-soluble vitamin, it provides virgin rapeseed oil, enriched with vitamin E of natural origin to preserve it. Vitamin D3 plays an important role in maintaining bone and muscle health by regulating the body's metabolism.

For newborns and children from 0 to 5 years, it plays an important role as it allows the intestinal absorption of calcium, an essential mineral for the growth and development of bones (between 0 and 3 years, height doubles and bone mass quadruples!)
The newborn's vitamin D reserves are strictly dependent on those of the mother, in whom a deficiency is often found. Furthermore, breast milk is low in vitamin D.
In this context, the health authorities recommend daily vitamin D supplementation according to the ministerial circulars of 21 February 1963 and 6 January 1971*, provided that the doses recommended by the doctor are respected.
