Recommended for adults only:
1. In situations of mineral deficiency, chronic fatigue, pregnancy, sustained effort, decrease in general health:
- 3 ampoules per day between meals, diluted ½ with water, for 21 days
- break for 7 days
- resume the protocol with 3 ampoules per day between meals, diluted ½ with water, for 21 days
2. For maintenance, take one ampoule a day, in the morning on an empty stomach for one month - repeat at least 4 times a year.
