Lecithin is an organic compound classified as a phospholipid, naturally present in every cell of the human body, especially in cell membranes. It is present in high concentrations in important human tissues, including the brain and nervous tissue. Each Q10 Olimp Labs ® capsule contains 20 mg of soy lecithin.
