How to use:

Regenerating bath - pour 200g of the product (10 tablespoons) into 100l of water in the bathtub. Then soak in the mineral bath for 10 to 15 minutes. If possible, do not rinse your body after bathing.

Peeling massage - with circular movements, spread a small amount of the cosmetic on moistened skin until the preparation dissolves, then rinse with warm water. Can be used in the sauna.

Steam inhalation and improvement of the microclimate - in the room where you want to improve the air quality, place a bowl with hot, steaming water and dissolve 60g of salt (3 tablespoons) in it. Close the room and wait until the water stops evaporating.
