Ingredients: Fish oil from pelagic fish, natural lemon flavor, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), antioxidant: mixture of tocopherols.

Daily portion: 1 teaspoon (5 ml). Take 1 teaspoon of oil daily. We suggest taking it with or immediately after a meal.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 3 g of EPA and DHA per day. A supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined should not be exceeded. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age.
