• Vitamin D (as D3 400 IU)
• Calcium- 800 mg

• Manganese - 0.5 mg
• Selenium - 50 ug
• Boron - 0.6 mg
• Calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, zinc oxide, cross-linked cellulose gum, bulking agent: maltodextrin; anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, sodium borate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol, accelerators: acacia, sucrose, corn starch, medium chain triglycerides, antioxidant: DL-alpha tocopherol), copper sulfate, sulfate of manganese, sodium selenate.

How to use:

• 2 tablets daily during the main meal
• The tablets are swallowed with water, without chewing.
