Profissimo round baking paper has a diameter of 26 to 28 centimeters and is ideal for springform baking tins. It is ready cut and easy to use. Non-stick coating on both sides prevents clumping - no greasing required. The baking paper is resistant to baking up to 220 °C
Instructions for use:
Put baking paper in the tray. Run your finger over the inside edge at the bottom. The baking paper will stick to the sides of the pan. It is no longer necessary to grease the mold.
