How to use:
For optimal results, eyelashes and eyebrows should be makeup-free, dry and oil-free using RefectoCil micellar makeup remover and saline solution.
Protect the eyelid and the area around the eyes before application using RefectoCil pads.
Mix 2cm of dye with 10 drops of liquid oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil cream oxidant, until you obtain a creamy paste.
With your eyes closed, apply the dye to the desired areas using a stick.
Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove the dye with a dry cotton ball, then remove any residue with a cotton ball soaked in water.

Tip: for a guaranteed effect on dark colors, first apply a RefectoCil blonde lightener before dyeing.
If Blonde Brow has been used previously, the dye processing time is reduced by 1-5 minutes.
