Reishi eco powder, 60 g, Obio
Reishi, also known as Ganoderma Lucidum or Ling Zi, is a mushroom with special therapeutic properties. Used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, reishi is successfully used in liver diseases, tumors, arthritis, arthrosis, rheumatism, respiratory and kidney diseases, increases immunity. It can be used as an adjuvant in almost any condition, it is not called "the elixir of immortality" for nothing.
The recommended daily dose is 1-2 grams. A teaspoon has 2 grams. Mix half a teaspoon of powder with water or vegetable juice. In severe conditions, the dose can be doubled or tripled progressively.
