Sage tea, 50 g, Larix
Properties:
- disinfectant;
- can relieve abdominal pain;
- it is recommended in case of digestion disorders, in diabetes;
- external: for gargling and mouth washes.
Administration method:
Internal use: Add a 250 ml cup of boiling water to 1-2 teaspoons.
Leave covered for 15-20 minutes, then filter.
Drink three unsweetened teas a day ½ hour before the main meals.
External use: Concentrated infusion - 6 teaspoons of the plant per 250 ml of boiling water.
It is applied in the form of gargle, mouthwash.
