INGREDIENTS

Per tablet: Stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose, lyophilized extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L, root) 150 mg, lyophilized extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica cham, aerial part) 150 mg, lyophilized extract of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L, aerial part) 75 mg, glazing agent: hydropropyl methylcellulose, anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, glazing agent: neutral methacrylate copolymer, color: titanium dioxide, stabilizer: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anticaking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin 1.8 mg, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take 1 tablet 30 minutes before bedtime.

PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS

You should not drive or use dangerous tools for 4-5 hours after taking Melatonin.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Keep out of reach of small children.

Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Do not take together with antidepressants, sleeping pills and other sedatives without medical advice.

USE IN PATIENTS WITH FOOD INTOLERANCE
