These plants come primarily from Soria Natural's own crops or are harvested from clean, uncontaminated areas. They have appetite-stimulating, digestive, carminative, galactagogue, antispasmodic, and mildly sedative properties. For infusions, it is recommended to use 1 teaspoon of the plant per cup. Add boiling water, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, and strain. For decoctions (root, stems), add the plant to boiling water, boil for 2 to 5 minutes, let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes, and strain, using 1 teaspoon per cup.
