How to use:
1 dose (8 measures) per day is recommended.
Method of preparation: ½ dose before training and ½ dose after training is recommended.
Or you can use ¼ dose in the morning, ¼ dose before training, ¼ dose after training, ¼ dose in the evening before going to bed.
To prepare ½ dose, add 4 measures (160g) of powder to 640ml of water.
To prepare ¼ dose, add 2 measures (80g) of powder to 320 ml of water.
