Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta alanine, magnesium oxide, potassium citrate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), orange juice; sweetener: acesulfame K; flavorings, ferrous phosphate, maltodextrin; sweetener: sucralose; zinc citrate; coloring: beta carotene; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
