Administration method:
Put 2 large spoons of herbs in 500 ml of cold water and leave to soak overnight until morning, then bring to a boil, leave covered for 15-20 minutes and strain.
Drink two cups a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, before the meal. For a better effect, add a spoonful of Hawthorn and Valerian tincture to each cup of tea.

Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna); Duck sole (Leonurus cardiaca); Mistletoe (Viscum album); Sea turtle (Agrimonia eupatoria); Artichoke (Cynara scolymus); Shepherd's purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris); Thymus (Thymus serpyllum); Peppermint (Mentha piperita); Grapevine (Vitis vinifera); Valerian (Valeriana officinalis).
